This is a creation forBelvidesigns's sister shop on Etsy -ibagsnmore. Designed to fit the new Apple iPhone 4G perfectly, the closure mechanism is similar to the one in my last post; the strap is in the shape of an arrow, which you insert through the loop to "close" the sleeve. The arrow will not come out of the loop by itself, as it is slightly wider than the opening of the loop, so your iPhone will stay securely inside until you need to take it out. Another difference from the last one is that this one has an outside pocket.
This is another creation for Belvidesigns's sister shop on Etsy - ibagsnmore. The closure mechanism is something clever I just came up with; the strap is in the shape of an arrow, which you insert through the loop to "close" the sleeve. The arrow will not come out of the loop by itself, as it is slightly wider than the opening of the loop, so your iPhone will stay securely inside until you need to take it out, which is just as easy to do.
This fabric caught my attention as soon as I walked into the store last week. The really interesting part is that it's kind of quilted, yet it's feels and looks like a high-quality wool-suiting fabric. I just fell in love with it. I only wish that they had more of it in stock. It's also very soft. Just a very unique combination in a fabric.
This is designed specifically for the new Apple iPhone 4G. It's similar to the one I posted two days ago, except for the color of the wool felt - this one is a dark navy with a blue lining.
This is designed for the new Apple iPhone 4G. It is made of a dark wool felt on the outside and lined with a lighter brown wool-blend felt on the inside. The outside pocket is also made of the same materials, and it is perfect for storing the ear buds. The Velcro-equipped closure flap is a piece of re-purposed leather.
The main part of the sleeve is made of a butterscotch leather that is lined with a brown fleece; the outside pocket is lined and is made of a wool-suiting plaid fabric, and the velcro-equipped closure flap is of a contrasting, darker, leather. The side seams of the sleeve are hand-stitched using a brown leather cord. The iPad fits snugly in this beautiful protective case.
This is a creation for the new Apple iPhone 4g, made of re-purposed leather and new wool felt. The iPhone 4g will fit snugly and comfortably in this wool-felt-lined sleeve. There is a small outside pocket for storing ear buds. The closure flap is made of a dark-brown wool felt. This will be listed on http://www.etsy.com/shop/ibagsnmore.
My husband inspired me to create a series of animal-theme illustration for my iPad case/sleeve creations. So I did. Here is the first of our little animal friends. I added the lucky ceramic pendant as a button for the closure mechanism. The sleeve is made of a navy cotton, interfaced for structure/stability, and then lined with a wool-blend felt. This little pig will be going to the "Etsy" market shortly (http://www.etsy.com/shop/belvidesigns).
Just completed this iPad case for my Etsy shop. The outer layer consists of a black burlap fabric, it's interfaced and lined with felt. The outside is decorated with a hand-sewn red apple made of fleece and felt. The iPad fits snugly in this sleeve.
Things have been a little slow online in the last couple of weeks, so I started a new store on Etsy focusing on amazingly colorful and unique jewelry - especially earrings! To generate more traffic to my new store, I am making things a little more fun today. Check out the details of this post/offer here. This offer has something to do with my new store and the following:
Just completed these two Apple iPad cases / sleeves for my Etsy shop. One is similar to an earlier one I had made; I don't normally like to make the same thing twice, unless it's a special or custom order. But this is one that I really liked the first time I made it; someone bought it from my Etsy shop a couple of months ago, so I decided to make another one, with a replacement of the fabric used for the outside pocket and the closure flap. I used 100% wool felt this time, which I find to be sturdier.
The second one is a brand new look for my shop, which I also like a lot. I used a sturdy upholstery fabric, gave it a generous padding, and designed a new closure flap for it. I hope that you like it also.
Due to popular demand, I have decided to recreate it and - in fact - improved on the original one. The original iPad sleeve has gotten over 11,000 views on my Etsy shop.
Outer layer is made of a brown-beige herringbone wool-suiting fabric, generously padded for extra protection, and lined with a luxurious brown rayon-blend fabric. It features a lined outside pocket and a lined flap with hook-and-loop Velcro closure to hold your iPad in securely. Approx. measurements: 11.2" x 8.75"
My love of all things creative spread across many media - sewing, photography, drawing, illustration, painting, beading, among others. Recently I have re-kindled my obsession with beading, which I find thoroughly engrossing. The result is my new line of unique and very colorful jewelry - especially earrings. I hope that the ladies and girls among my blog readers will find something to your liking in my new Etsy shop prettydecor4u.
I am also in the process of designing a new line of iPad cases and sleeves, so stay tuned. In the meantime, here is a sampling of my earrings:
