Black felt-leather iPhone 4 or Droid 2 sleeve case w NASA's COLBERT space treadmill & the NASA Countdown Clocks pendant necklace

I made these two items as entries to the NASA and Etsy Space Craft Contest, which involved creating craft items with a space-program theme.

The iPhone 4 / Droid 2 case is made of black wool-blend felt, interfaced for structure, and lined with a black cotton--rayon fabric. The closure tab is made of leather with Velcro. It is decorated with NASA's C.O.L.B.E.R.T. - the astronaut treadmill on the International Space Station that was named after the comedian Stephen Colbert, host of the Comedy Central show "The Colbert Report" and King of the Colbert Nation. You can get more information about the COLBERT treadmill at the NASA link: http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/station/behindscenes/colberttreadmill.html

The "pendant" portion of the necklace is made up of images of the two countdown clocks used by NASA's space program. The one on top is called the "Time Until Launch" clock, the other one is called the "Official Countdown Clock". You can find more information about these clocks via the NASA link below:
