Striped fabric Apple iPad case / sleeve with outside pocket

I've been super busy fulfilling a large order in anticipation of the April 3rd Apple iPad launch, which is quite exciting.

Before that order came in, I was in the middle of completing this new iPad case/sleeve. This is a great fabric combination for the Spring and Summer. I will try to list this to my Etsy shop as soon as possible (www.etsy.com/shop/belvidesigns).

Another beautiful handmade sleeve / case for your new Apple iPad

I wasn't too sure how this fabric combination would show up in photographs, but I decided to create this iPad sleeve anyway... I am very glad that I did - it turned out beautifully! I will list this item in my Etsy shop shortly.

New sleeve design for the Apple iPad... Unisex handmade fabric case

This is a slightly different design I came up with this morning. It combines a solid navy upholstery fabric with another upholstery fabric of navy and brownish or mustard stripes. Some people like the simple and clean look of the whole case being of a solid color, but a little splash of a contrasting color(s) makes it stand out!!!

Beautiful navy Apple iPad case/ sleeve/ cover - Handmade unisex/ masculine

Just finished another iPad case tonight... this is another fabric I picked up earlier this week. It's also a sturdy upholstery material like the one before; it's a really crisp navy - very sharp-looking!  I think it will be a favorite for many. It's already on my Etsy shop (www.etsy.com/shop/belvidesigns).

Unisex Apple iPad case/ sleeve/ cover - Mustard upholstery fabric

Went to the fabric store yesterday after the dentist and picked up some beautiful new fabrics for my projects. I don't understand why fabrics are so expensive, especially the good-quality kind.

Check out this iPad case I just finished making - it's a beautiful mustard-color sturdy upholstery fabric. The fabric is probably strong enough with just a lining, but I added a medium-weigh interface for extra stability, I then finished the sleeve with a solid cotton - the color of this cotton lining complements the outer material perfectly. I really like this latest iPad case... the problem is that I almost always like the newest one the best. I think it's because the newest one tends to be "more perfect" than the earlier ones - as I keep improving on the design and construction with every new creation. As usual, I will list this item on my Etsy shop shortly (www.etsy.com/shop/belvidesigns).

New fabric combination makes a cute iPod iPhone iTouch case!

I have seen some really nice iPod/iPhone cases on Etsy that combine 2 or more fabrics - either constrasting or complementary combination. I have never been too imaginative when it comes to coordinating colors, but I have decided to venture into this territory.  Here is one I finished last night; I think that it's very cute, but it's a pretty "safe" combination, I would say... but I hope to be more daring as I experiment more. I will list this on my Etsy shop shortly (www.etsy.com/shop/belvidesigns).

More colorful iPad & iPod cases / sleeves / covers

Two new gadget cases/sleeves to share with you... The plaid/tartan iPad case is a new design - unlike the previous ones I have made, this one has the flap closure on one of the short ends of the rectangular shape.
The iPod case is of a hot pink decorator fabric with floral print - very pretty! You can see more photos as soon as I list these new creations on my Etsy shop (www.etsy.com/shop/belvidesigns).

Colorful iPod iPhone iTouch cases, sleeves, cozies

Really super excited about these two new iPod / iPhone / iTouch cases... bright and colorful - perfect for the spring and summer seasons! I tried something a little different here; instead of lining them with fleece, this time I lined them with a solid cotton fabric, but inserted a layer of felt for the interface. The cotton lining is a much lighter material than the fleece, that's why I inserted a layer of felt interface to provide some padding.
It's a little more work doing it this way, but it's different and it gives me a wider selection of fabric colors to work with. You can see more photos on my Etsy shop as soon as I post them there (www.etsy.com/shop/belvidesigns).

New iPad cases - Bright floral & Beige-bluish fabrics

Two new iPad cases I am really excited about - not just because the fabrics are beautiful, I also modified the construction of the cases to reduce bulkiness and made them slightly bigger than previous ones. For those of you who like bright colors, the floral sleeve is very bright and cheerful. The other one is more muted and less flashy. They will be posted to my Etsy shop shortly (www.etsy.com/shop/belvidesigns).

Beautiful linen iPod iPhone iTouch case, sleeve, cozy

I love this pattern, but, once again, it's one of those fabrics that is not the most photogenic due to the subtle nature of the fiber and the pale shade of the colors. Plus it's in the linen family, which is tricky to make to look good on camera anyway. It's a decorator-grade fabric that is soft to the touch and light-weight. Even though it may not attract much attention, I will be listing it on my Etsy shop shortly (www.etsy.com/shop/belvidesigns). It's beautiful in its own rights.
